Based on patented and patent-pending technology, ProSpot Fitness has developed ‘spot’ less weight training systems that allow users to lift weights without using spotters. Called Grab & Go® technology, it utilizes computerized touch sensors and a quadruple cabling system that allows a lifter to release a barbell or dumbbells from any position and lock them instantly at the point of release.

ProSpot Fitness free-weight systems are available to the general public nationally at sporting goods and fitness specialty stores throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan and South Korea. Additionally, ProSpot Fitness is expanding further into the Asian, European and Australian markets.
Based in Norcross, Ga., ProSpot Fitness was founded in 1998, after several years of product development and testing. ProSpot Fitness is cooperatively owned by, among others, NFL player Travis Hall of the Atlanta Falcons and former wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs, J. J. Birden.
